Return and Refund Policy

If you have received your glasses and have had a change of mind, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,  we aren't able to offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If your item has arrived faulty, please contact our team immediately. 

To complete your return, please send us an email at oceaneyesnz@gmail.com or contact us here. Please include your receipt/invoice or proof of purchase.

Inspection and Damages


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed. If your item is damaged, you may not be eligible for a refund/return. 

Please note: We will not accept returns of damaged items. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
